# Delhi

> Delhi has Aadhaar touchpoints in district offices, food-supplies services and e-District. Each belongs to a different authority, so a complaint needs to be sent to the system that produced the failure.

Important: eAadhaar Info is an independent reference publication. It is not UIDAI or a Government of India website. For transactions, current rules and final verification, use the official UIDAI or myAadhaar service linked by the article.

## District offices are operational actors

Delhi district websites publish Aadhaar-enrolment information and even tender notices for Aadhaar centres in district premises. That makes the district administration relevant for a local centre’s operation; it does not make Delhi e-District the owner of the Aadhaar record.

## Ration-card evidence is a separate question

The Food & Supplies FAQ describes Aadhaar or an enrolment ID in specific ration-card processes and points users toward the NFS portal’s Aadhaar Enrolment Centre route. If a family-member inclusion or PDS authentication fails, preserve the ration application or FPS error. Do not change a correct Aadhaar record merely to match a mistyped ration entry.

## e-District consent is not a correction request

Delhi e-District registration includes consent for Aadhaar KYC. That consent allows an authentication or data-retrieval step for the application. It does not authorise this private guide—or the e-District registration screen—to edit UIDAI data.

## Where to take the problem

- Centre closed or unavailable: the relevant district office plus UIDAI locator.
- Aadhaar request rejected: UIDAI with EID or update request number.
- Ration or certificate application: the Delhi department that issued the application reference.

## Delhi data snapshot

The figures below come from UIDAI’s state/UT saturation report. They provide context for coverage; they do not identify a live centre or prove that every resident record is current.

UIDAI refreshes this report PDF in place. The figures on this page reflect the report dated 30 June 2026; the current UIDAI link may show a newer or older edition. Measure | Value |

Projected population (2026) | 2,25,40,000 |
Estimated live Aadhaar | 2,30,10,175 |
Saturation | 102.09% |
Data date | 30 Jun 2026 |

Rates can exceed 100% because UIDAI’s estimated-live count and projected population are produced from different administrative/demographic bases.
