# Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu

## One UT, three local contact points

The Administration’s collectorate page separately identifies the collectors for Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu. That structure is the safest local route for confirming a camp or government-office facility. Older documents published under Daman & Diu or Dadra & Nagar Haveli can predate the merged UT and should not be presented as a current territory-wide directory.

## What the official Aadhaar page actually promises

The UT scheme page describes enrolment and seeding and directs residents to UIDAI. It does not publish a current address-by-address service roster. This guide therefore links the live UIDAI search and the collectorate contacts rather than copying a historical list.

## When “seeding” appears on a form

Seeding usually connects an Aadhaar number to a beneficiary or departmental record. It does not correct UIDAI’s copy of the resident’s name, date of birth, address, mobile number or biometrics. Ask for the name of the database being changed and use the matching grievance channel if the linkage fails.

For Diu in particular, confirm the service day before travel. A collectorate contact is more durable than an address copied from a years-old PDF.
