# Madhya Pradesh

> Madhya Pradesh’s Lok Seva and CM Helpline systems are designed to route state services and complaints. Aadhaar grievances still need a clear split between the state benefit and the UIDAI identity transaction.

## Which helpline owns the problem?
Problem | Primary route |
Aadhaar enrolment/update request status | UIDAI 1947 with EID or update request number |
Madhya Pradesh service application delayed | That department/Lok Seva tracking, then CM Helpline 181 if appropriate |
Authentication blocks a benefit | The scheme office and its notified exception mechanism |

## What the exception notifications show

Documents published by the Social Justice department reproduce rules requiring an implementing agency to arrange enrolment access where a block or tehsil lacks a centre and to continue eligible benefits through specified interim identity evidence. These clauses belong to the notified scheme; they are not a blanket document list for Aadhaar enrolment.

## Use 181 with a complete record

The CM Helpline publishes 181 for callers within Madhya Pradesh. When the complaint concerns a state department, provide its application number, office and date. When it concerns UIDAI processing, contact UIDAI instead of asking the state helpline to trace an EID it does not control.
