It explains why Aadhaar services may surface through different institutions. ## Camps are events, not directories An Aizawl district campaign notice assigned Aadhaar work to the DC office during a benefit-saturation drive. It is useful evidence of district delivery, but its dates have passed. A resident should look for a current district notice rather than treating the campaign venue as permanently open. ## AePDS errors belong to Food & Civil Supplies first Mizoram’s AePDS portal publishes UID seeding and authentication information for ration delivery. A ration e-KYC failure may be in PDS mapping or connectivity. Record the shop and error, use the food-supplies grievance route, and change Aadhaar only if UIDAI’s record itself needs correction.
