# Punjab

> Punjab’s Sewa Kendras provide a single public counter for many services, and the state portal publishes the current UIDAI forms there. The form catalogue is useful evidence of supported categories—not proof that every centre handles every category daily.

Important: eAadhaar Info is an independent reference publication. It is not UIDAI or a Government of India website. For transactions, current rules and final verification, use the official UIDAI or myAadhaar service linked by the article.

## Use the correct form before the visit

Punjab’s official forms page has a dedicated UIDAI section covering resident Indians, children, NRIs and resident foreign nationals. The categories matter: an NRI child with an overseas address does not use the same form as a resident adult.

## Book the service, not just a token

The Department of Good Governance & IT describes the Sewa Kendra network, while Punjab e-Sewa publishes appointment and counter information. When booking, identify Aadhaar enrolment/update and the applicant category. A token for a general state service does not guarantee an Aadhaar operator or kit.

## Keep consent narrow

The e-Sewa portal may display Aadhaar authentication within a Punjab application. Authentication confirms identity for that workflow; it does not grant a private operator permission to retain an Aadhaar copy or OTP. Share an OTP only in the official transaction you initiated and verify the page domain.

Government of Punjab — application forms
Punjab’s forms page is used as a navigation route when a stable, form-specific deep link is not exposed. Search the page for UIDAI/Aadhaar and open the relevant department section.

- 1 Official Punjab source The Government of Punjab identity verifies the publisher.
- 2 Search first Use the application-form search instead of scanning every department manually.
- 3 Department sections Expand the relevant department; a form listing is not a live centre directory.

UIDAI DATA · 30 JUN 2026
## Punjab data snapshot

The figures below come from UIDAI’s state/UT saturation report. They provide context for coverage; they do not identify a live centre or prove that every resident record is current.

UIDAI refreshes this report PDF in place. The figures on this page reflect the report dated 30 June 2026; the current UIDAI link may show a newer or older edition. Measure | Value |

Projected population (2026) | 3,13,18,000 |
Estimated live Aadhaar | 3,16,75,745 |
Saturation | 101.14% |
Data date | 30 Jun 2026 |

Rates can exceed 100% because UIDAI’s estimated-live count and projected population are produced from different administrative/demographic bases.
