Arunachal Pradesh
Arunachal Pradesh’s official web trail does not provide a dependable statewide list of live Aadhaar stations, so this page does not invent one. It explains how to verify access through the state and district systems that actually exist.
Start with the district, not an old centre list
The state portal publishes the government department directory and the Department of IT & Communication contact point, but no current statewide Aadhaar-centre roster was found during this review. In a state where a centre or camp may be organised through a Deputy Commissioner, school, bank, post office or another registrar, an old address can be more misleading than helpful. Use UIDAI’s live locator, then confirm the result with the relevant district administration.
Authentication is not enrolment
A February 2026 IT & Communication notice concerns Aadhaar authentication onboarding for the e-Inner Line Permit system. That tells users that a state application may verify identity through Aadhaar; it does not turn the e-ILP portal into a place for enrolment or demographic correction. If an authentication attempt fails, record the application error before assuming the Aadhaar record needs a change.
For remote journeys
Confirm the operator
Ask the DC office whether the listed location is active on the intended date and whether it accepts walk-ins.
Confirm the service
Adult first enrolment, child enrolment, mobile update and biometrics may not all be available at the same station.
Carry originals
Use UIDAI’s current supporting-document list; do not rely on a district notice that predates the latest schedule.
What the government page actually shows
The official directory provides a durable state contact route. It does not publish a live statewide Aadhaar-centre roster, so this article does not invent one.
- 1Official state portal
Use the government domain and header to verify the source.
- 2Department route
The directory is the state-side starting point when a district or IT contact must confirm a service.
Arunachal Pradesh data snapshot

UIDAI refreshes this report PDF in place. The figures on this page reflect the report dated 30 June 2026; the current UIDAI link may show a newer or older edition. Open the archived 30 June 2026 edition.
