eAadhaar Info is designed as a read-only publication. It does not provide Aadhaar transactions and does not ask readers for identity credentials.
Information we do not request
We do not ask for or intentionally collect Aadhaar numbers, Enrolment IDs, OTPs, biometrics, identity-document uploads, payment details, user accounts or profile information. Do not send any of those details by email.
Technical information processed by hosting
Like most websites, the hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, security signals and diagnostic logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate faults.
Optional Google Analytics
On the public website, Google Analytics is optional and is not used for advertising. Its tag is blocked unless you select “Allow analytics”. If allowed, Google may process the page URL, referrer, browser and device characteristics, approximate location and interactions with the site, and may use analytics cookies or similar browser storage. Selecting “No, thanks” leaves the tag unloaded and sends no analytics data to Google.
Correspondence
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it only to respond, investigate a correction or compliance concern, and maintain a reasonable record of the decision. Please redact all Aadhaar numbers, EIDs, OTPs, documents and other sensitive identity information.
Your choice and private staging
Your analytics choice is stored only in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it. You can review or change the choice below. A private review version may use Cloudflare Access cookies solely to authenticate authorised reviewers and protect unpublished material; Google Analytics remains disabled there.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Technical logs and correspondence may be handled by service providers that host or secure the site and may be disclosed when required by law. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, security, dispute or legal record.
