Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh’s CHOiCE and Lok Seva Kendra network is a gateway to state services. It should not be described as if every kiosk were automatically a fully equipped Aadhaar enrolment station.

Read the sign above the counter carefully

District portals such as Sakti and Gaurela–Pendra–Marwahi publish Lok Seva Kendra locations connected to the state e-District system. A Chhattisgarh citizen-schemes page separately lists Aadhaar enrolment and update as a service category. Availability still depends on an authorised operator, certified kit and the service enabled at that location.

CHOiCE work versus UIDAI work

If you are doing…Look for…
Income, caste, domicile or another state certificateCHOiCE/e-District application and its receipt
New Aadhaar or a biometric/mobile updateAn authorised UIDAI transaction and EID/update request number
Aadhaar authentication inside a schemeThe scheme’s exception and grievance process

Locate, then verify

The district public-utility pages are useful for finding nearby tehsil-level service buildings. Call or confirm locally before visiting for Aadhaar because a Lok Seva Kendra listing proves the public-service location, not the daily status of its Aadhaar kit.

The state catalogue visually separates CHOiCE/e-District services from Aadhaar enrolment and update. A catalogue card is not proof that every Lok Seva Kendra has an active UIDAI kit.
