FIELD GUIDE · STATE / UNION TERRITORY

Haryana

Haryana’s SARAL and Antyodaya SARAL centres deliver hundreds of state services, while Aadhaar remains a UIDAI service. The overlap is at the counter, not in ownership of the identity record.

What SARAL is—and is not

The Haryana Government describes SARAL as a unified platform for services and schemes across state departments, with online application and tracking. District sites publish physical SARAL locations, commonly in e-Disha or district premises. That is useful for state certificates and scheme applications; it does not prove that every SARAL counter has an authorised Aadhaar kit.

A two-reference-number rule

If Aadhaar is being used inside a SARAL application, keep the SARAL application ID. If a separate Aadhaar update is submitted, keep the UIDAI update request number as well. One reference cannot normally trace the other system.

When the centre says “Aadhaar problem”

  1. Ask whether the failure is name matching, OTP, biometrics or missing seeding.
  2. Check the spelling entered in the Haryana application before changing UIDAI data.
  3. Use a UIDAI-authorised station only for an actual Aadhaar enrolment or update.
  4. Use SARAL tracking for the state application after the Aadhaar step succeeds.

Haryana’s state portal links UIDAI and a CSC locator separately. That separation is a useful signal: verify both the building and the Aadhaar service before visiting.

The screenshot supports SARAL’s role as a state-service platform. It does not establish that every SARAL counter operates an Aadhaar station.
