What the exception notifications show
Documents published by the Social Justice department reproduce rules requiring an implementing agency to arrange enrolment access where a block or tehsil lacks a centre and to continue eligible benefits through specified interim identity evidence. These clauses belong to the notified scheme; they are not a blanket document list for Aadhaar enrolment.
Use 181 with a complete record
The CM Helpline publishes 181 for callers within Madhya Pradesh. When the complaint concerns a state department, provide its application number, office and date. When it concerns UIDAI processing, contact UIDAI instead of asking the state helpline to trace an EID it does not control.

This screen supports the state-complaint contact route. UIDAI request status still belongs with UIDAI 1947, not CM Helpline 181.
